is half a year of exciting possibilities to look forward to, with half of a rather eventful year
gone by!
Speak of looking back, we have a couple of sound updates over the past few
weeks, following our eventful presence at Abu Dhabi Global Health Week at ADNEC, Abu
Dhabi.
For one, our Vectramind offices celebrated our 19th momentous year of the
Founder’s Day on the 10th of June. The timing of this also coincides with our new office facelift
at our Dubai branch which has already begun in full force!

Another year… and we turn 20!
Vectramind celebrates it's
19th Founder's Day Anniversary!

Vectramind recently completed its'
teenage milestone of crossing 19 years on June 10th this year!
It's also a proud moment
to look back, pause and reflect on how far we have come, while getting ready for where a future of
rich possibilities takes us next.
We are just a year away from completing 2 decades.

Vectramind makes its presence felt at a notable, regional tech event.

KLAS Research, one of the healthcare industry's leading lights in mining insights on IT, data and AI within the healthcare ecosystem, recently hosted its second Middle East summit in January 2025.
The event saw an enthusiastic response, where 54 healthcare providers, key government officials and ministry representatives and vendors and investors got together to discuss the latest strides and trends in advanced healthcare excellence. The focus: healthcare IT, particularly in the area of AI-driven patient experience.
Seen here in attendance is Dr. Murali among other key CEOs at the event.
Its’ milestone events like these that keep us abreast of all the latest happenings in the health tech industry across the region, while also being a great networking opportunity.

The Ask/Challenge: Their requirements were to send OTP's and ticket booking confirmation to their customers,they wanted API integration with their POS system.
Solutions offered: We provided Kanad Hospital with our Synapse communication platform to:
- Send timely reminders to their patients, capture feedback and send notifications about new doctor visits.
- Create a chat flow with doctor profile making it convenient for patients to book appointments.
- Make it easier to create a chat flow in Arabic enhancing accessibility for their primary patient demographic using our multi-language capabilities.
- Provide them a cost-effective solution without integration while still meeting their core needs.
